Every vacant day costs real money

~$50–57

estimated lost rent per vacant day for a typical Greenville, SC unit.*

Slow replies lose prospects

Inquiries arrive on Marketplace, email and text at all hours. Writing good answers to the same questions, every time, eats your team's day.

The listing is only the start

Free tools write a description. You still need social posts, a video script, a flyer and reply templates — written consistently and compliantly.

*Estimate: monthly rent ÷ 30, using published Greenville average asking rents of roughly $1,500–$1,700/mo (Zumper ~$1,612; Zillow ~$1,695, Oct 2026). Your units may differ.

How it works

  1. 1

Paste a listing URL or the details

We pull the facts: rent, beds/baths, pets, deposit, parking, availability, screening criteria.

  2. 2

    Review the facts and gaps

Anything we couldn't find is flagged for you to confirm. We don't make up amenities or neighborhood claims.

  3. 3

    Get your leasing kit

Copy-ready content plus a fair-housing lint report that highlights risky phrases before you post.

Frequently asked questions

What's in a LeaseBlitz leasing kit?

Each kit is built from one rental listing and includes a rental description with a headline, 5 social posts (Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, a Facebook group, a neighborhood board, and a short post), a 30-second video script with a shot list, flyer copy, tenant FAQ answers (pets, income and screening, deposit and fees, utilities, parking, lease term, applying, accommodation requests, vouchers), email and SMS reply templates, a fact-trace table, and a fair-housing lint report.

Will it make things up about my property?

No. The copy uses only the facts in your listing or the details you paste. Anything that's missing is marked [CONFIRM: field] for you to fill in. Amenities, distances, and neighborhood claims are never invented.

Is the copy fair-housing compliant?

Kits are written to describe the property, not the ideal tenant, and every kit includes an automated fair-housing lint. The lint is a keyword check that flags risky phrases such as "perfect for families", "no kids", or religious landmarks. It is not legal advice and cannot catch everything, so you remain responsible for your advertising and should have a person review each kit before you post it.

How does it handle "no Section 8" or voucher language?

South Carolina has no statewide source-of-income protection, but some localities and HUD-funded properties have their own rules. LeaseBlitz flags voucher language and leaves the answer as [CONFIRM: owner policy] for you to check locally instead of writing it for you.

Who is LeaseBlitz for?

Small and independent property managers and leasing agents, typically with 20 to 300 units, who list vacancies themselves and need more marketing than a single description. It works alongside Buildium, RentRedi, TurboTenant, and similar software. It doesn't replace them.

How much does it cost?

Your first kit is free with no credit card. After that it's $19 per property (pay as you go), $49 per month for up to 10 vacancies with unlimited regenerations (Starter), or $149 per month for up to 50 vacancies with team seats and white-label flyers (Team). Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime.

How do I get my free kit, and how fast is it?

Fill in the form at the bottom of this page with your listing URL or the listing details. Generating a kit is automated, but we review your free kit by hand and then email it to you, so it arrives by email rather than instantly.

Which listing sites work?

Paste any public listing URL. Some sites block automated reading. If yours does, paste the listing details into the form and you'll get the same kit.
