LeaseBlitz is a brand of 305 Ventures LLC, based in Greenville, South Carolina ("we", "us"). This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: jon@agently.bot.

What we collect

• Signup form: your name, email, company, number of units you manage, and whether you want leasing tips by email.
• Listing information: the listing link and/or details you send us. If you send a link, we read that public page to pull out the property facts.
• Purchases: when you buy through Stripe Checkout, Stripe collects your payment details. We receive your name, email, the plan you bought, and payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: when you submit the form we store the time, your browser's user-agent, and the page you came from. To stop spam, we use your IP address to limit how many signups can be sent in a short time. We don't store your IP address with your signup; we keep only a one-way scrambled (hashed) version for about two days, then delete it.

How we use it

• To create your leasing kit, run automated quality checks on it, and email it to you.
• To reply to you, deliver what you paid for, and handle billing and support.
• If you opted in, to send occasional leasing tips. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Service providers we use

We share information only with providers that help us run LeaseBlitz, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Vercel: website hosting and storage of signup records.
• Resend: sending email (your kit, replies, and the newsletter if you opted in).
• Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
• OpenAI: generating the first draft of your kit from your listing facts. We send the listing facts, not your payment details.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not share your information with advertisers.

Newsletter and email choices

Leasing tips are sent only if you left the "Send me leasing tips" box checked. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email jon@agently.bot and we'll remove you. Emails about your kit or your purchase are not marketing and will still be sent while you use the service.

How long we keep it

We keep signup records, listing data, and kits for as long as we need them to provide the service and support you, and payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing jon@agently.bot. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

LeaseBlitz is a business service for property managers and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
